- How does the free plan work?
- The Starter plan is free for up to 10 employees and includes scheduling, timesheets, the people directory, inbox, and profiles — forever. No credit card required to start.
- What counts as a seat?
- A seat is one active member of your workspace. Deactivated members don't count, so off-boarding someone frees their seat immediately.
- What's data history?
- How far back schedules, timesheets, and reports stay viewable and exportable. Starter keeps 90 days, Growth a year, and Business and Enterprise keep everything.
- How does billing work?
- Paid plans are billed monthly, or annually with 2 months free ($490/yr for Growth, $1,990/yr for Business). While self-serve checkout is being finalized, we set up billing with you directly when you upgrade — just reach out from the contact page.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Your data is never deleted on a downgrade; older history simply becomes read-locked until you upgrade again.
