These terms govern your access to and use of CrewTempo (the “Service”). By creating a workspace or using the Service, you agree to them. We've kept them in plain language; if anything here is unclear, reach out before you sign up.
1. Your account and workspace
You are responsible for the activity in your workspace and for keeping your credentials secure. Workspace owners and admins control who has access and what role each member holds. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
2. Acceptable use
Use the Service only for lawful purposes and only with data you are authorized to handle. Don't attempt to disrupt the Service, access accounts or data that aren't yours, or use it to store unlawful content.
3. Plans and billing
Paid plans unlock additional seats, modules, and data history as described on the pricing page. You can change plans at any time. Downgrading never deletes your data — older history simply becomes read-locked until you upgrade again.
4. Your data
You own the data you put into CrewTempo. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data and may request deletion of your workspace at any time.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided “as is” without warranties. We may update these terms or the Service over time; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
